Todd Webster is a native of Winter Haven Florida. He spent 10 years in the U.S. Marines. The time he spent in the Marines afforded him the opportunity to travel around the world. During his travels, he developed a love and appreciation for the many different cultures and cuisines.
Chef Todd studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Miramar Florida while working for James Beard award-winning chef Michael Schwartz at Michael's Genuine Food & Drink in Miami. Starting from the bottom he worked his way up to make it to the position of sous chef in just three years. It was during his time at Michael's that Chef Todd was introduced to the love of Pure Foods.
Chef Todd relocated to Atlanta to provide a better quality of life for his family. He took the position of executive chef at elevation Chophouse in Kennesaw. Then he accepted the position of executive chef at Rootstock and Vine in Woodstock.
When the opportunity came for him to expand with Einstein's, Chef Todd was excited about the opportunity. Here Chef Todd hopes to expand and build upon the strong footprint that Einstein's has already established in the community.
Chef Todd lives in Powder Springs with his wife Ekta and their two children Hannah and Eva.
